About usHello there, we’re Beverly and Andy Rockliffe and we’ve owned Casa Buganvilla since it was built in 2005. Although originally intended to be our retirement home, our first grandchild was born last year - a little boy called Zack - and we're having a rethink about retiring to the sun.

So why are we offering our house via a competition?Well, the credit crunch and last year's events in the financial sector hit us quite badly when a large company defaulted on the money it owed our business. And that's left a massive hole in our finances, one which can't be repaired without a big injection of funds. So unfortunately, we need to sell our lovely Spanish house. Given the slowdown in the global property market, it could be some time before Casa Buganvilla would sell through the conventional route.
