Backing on to the picturesque Lauro golf course - just outside the modern town of Alhaurin de la Torre - this well-equipped Andalucian home has mountain views, countryside walks and is just a short drive from shops and beaches. On site there are two restaurants, two bars, tennis, bowling, two pools, petanque, a nearby equestrian centre and a driving range plus 27 holes of golf. ENDS Editors Notes The house is a luxury townhouse built three years ago at Lauro Golf, Alhaurin de la Torre, Malaga, in southern Spain. The property has four double bedrooms and two bathrooms, one with Jacuzzi bath. The ground floor has a bright and airy lounge/dining area, a cherry wood kitchen with all appliances included and a cloakroom. The basement floor has a large store room, additional storage space and private underground parking.
